A legal practice rooted in Jeddah
Kashab Law Firm and Legal Consultancy is a Saudi professional company based in Jeddah, founded by lawyers and consultants licensed by the Ministry of Justice to provide complete legal work for individuals and businesses under the laws in force in the Kingdom.
The firm was built on an observation that recurred in practice: what usually costs a client their right is not a weak basis but delay in seeking advice, or an opinion broader than the file could bear. So we made the written opinion the norm — what is said in a consultation is recorded and grounded.
The team today covers eight practice areas, from advisory and contracting through to advocacy and enforcement, so a client is never passed between offices or made to recount the file more than once.

To be the firm consulted first on matters that leave no room for error, and to contribute to a judicial and commercial environment matching where the Kingdom is heading under Vision 2030.

Why Kashab was founded
We founded Kashab on a principle we do not depart from: honesty in counsel, professionalism in execution, and clearly assigned responsibility for every file. We set out the client's legal position as it stands, not as they would wish to hear it, with a single purpose — protecting their interest through practical, enforceable solutions rather than promises that read broadly and deliver narrowly.
We regard legal practice as part of a wider structure. The Kingdom is advancing under Vision 2030 towards a competitive, sustainable economy, and that rests on a firm regulatory environment and disciplined governance. From where we stand we contribute what we do well: helping enterprises meet their obligations, strengthen their governance, and settle disputes before they arise — the contribution of a practitioner in its own market, no more.
